Creating an account is simple!
Click on the "Account" button in the top navigation,
then select "Register". You'll need to provide your email address,
create a password, and fill in some basic information.
Once completed, you'll receive an SMS.
If you're experiencing issues with a transaction,
please contact our support team immediately with details of the transaction
(seller information, and a description of the issue). We recommend communicating through our platform's messaging system for record-keeping purposes.
To boost your product listing, go to your dashboard, find the product you want to boost, and click on the "Boost" option. You'll be prompted to select a boosting package and complete payment. Boosted listings appear at the top of search results and category pages for better visibility.
We currently accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo),
credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers.
