All sales are contracts directly between buyers and sellers. Fanafalaa is not a party to these transactions and disclaims all liability arising from them.

5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You may not use the Service to list, buy, or sell:

• Illegal items or items that promote illegal activity
• Counterfeit or replica items
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or pharmaceuticals
• Hazardous materials
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Adult content or services

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content

Using Fanafalaa to browse and contact sellers is free. We may charge fees for certain services, such as:
